Witness Testimony

Stephanie Foster testified that she received COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of her employment as a teacher assistant and to facilitate family travel. She stated that after her second dose in July 2021, she experienced a seizure in August 2021, despite not having had one since 1999. Following a booster in January 2022, she reported another seizure in February 2022, resulting in loss of her driver’s licence. She also described episodes of dizziness, blackouts, and falls that she stated were new symptoms following vaccination.
Foster further testified that her mother, Carol Pearce, received a booster shot at a Saskatoon pharmacy and collapsed within minutes. She stated that her mother texted her while waiting the required observation period and that approximately seven minutes later she was informed by family that her mother had been transported to hospital, where she was pronounced deceased. Foster asserted that her mother was healthy prior to vaccination and attributed the death to the booster. She testified that the death certificate and autopsy reportedly listed “massive heart attack” and “natural causes,” conclusions she disputes.
Following her mother’s death, Foster described significant psychological and physical deterioration, including insomnia, severe PTSD, fibromyalgia worsening, temporary loss of speech and mobility, and ongoing neurological complaints. She reported that medical providers have not identified a definitive cause for her symptoms and have suggested psychiatric evaluation. She also expressed distress over what she described as lack of acknowledgment or outreach from the pharmacy and maintained that her mother’s death was vaccine-related.
