Witness Testimony

Stephen Kirsch, a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and founder of the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, testified regarding his analysis of COVID-19 vaccine safety data. He stated that his review of adverse event reporting systems, survey data, and excess mortality statistics led him to conclude that the vaccines caused significant harm. He asserted that official safety monitoring systems underestimated adverse events and that regulators failed to conduct transparent, independent investigations.
Kirsch described outreach efforts to public health agencies, elected officials, and medical institutions, stating that he encountered resistance or dismissal when presenting his findings. He alleged systemic suppression of dissenting analyses and criticized what he characterized as media censorship and institutional unwillingness to debate vaccine safety concerns publicly. He also referenced interpretations of VAERS data and excess death trends to support his conclusions.
He argued that policymakers failed to properly evaluate risk-benefit profiles, particularly for younger populations, and maintained that public health authorities should suspend vaccine programs pending independent review. Kirsch emphasized the need for open scientific debate, improved data transparency, and accountability for regulatory decision-making during the pandemic response.
