Witness Testimony

Dr. William Makis, a radiologist and nuclear medicine specialist, testified virtually regarding what he described as widespread vaccine-related injuries and deaths following COVID-19 mRNA vaccination. He stated that he observed and compiled reports of sudden deaths among athletes, myocarditis cases, and excess mortality trends. Drawing on his oncology background, he alleged an increase in aggressive or rapidly progressing cancers, which he referred to as “turbo cancers,” and attributed these to immune dysregulation following vaccination.
He further testified that physicians who raised concerns about vaccine safety, including himself, faced investigations and professional consequences from regulatory colleges. He described being suspended and investigated in Alberta and characterized these actions as retaliatory suppression of dissenting medical opinions. He asserted that public health authorities ignored early treatment options and that mRNA vaccine technology was inadequately tested prior to rollout.
Dr. Makis also discussed theories regarding spike protein toxicity, immune suppression, clotting disorders, and interference with cancer immune surveillance. He expressed concern about ongoing booster campaigns and called for immediate cessation of mRNA vaccine administration pending further safety review. He concluded by urging independent investigation into excess deaths, athlete cardiac events, and cancer incidence trends.
