Witness Testimony

Pascal Najadi, a Swiss-born British citizen and former international investment banker, testified about receiving three Pfizer mRNA injections after relying on assurances from Swiss health authorities that the vaccines were safe and effective. He stated that subsequent statements from Pfizer representatives regarding lack of transmission testing prompted him to review Swiss government communications, which he interpreted as contradictory. He filed a criminal complaint in Switzerland against the Swiss Minister of Health alleging abuse of office, as well as separate complaints against physicians for lack of informed consent. He testified that the federal prosecutor declined to proceed and that appeals are ongoing before Swiss courts.
Najadi also described undergoing laboratory testing in Germany, which he stated showed persistent spike protein and alleged toxic effects from lipid nanoparticles. He referenced an expert opinion concluding that he had experienced long-term health harm. He submitted medical documentation as part of his legal filings and asserted that informed consent requirements were not properly fulfilled at the time of vaccination.
In addition, Najadi described involvement in civil litigation filed in New York State against Pfizer, arguing that U.S. constitutional protections and religious exemptions apply extraterritorially to U.S. pharmaceutical companies operating abroad. He testified that related legal actions seek to challenge what he characterized as two-tier vaccination systems and mandate policies in multiple jurisdictions, including Switzerland and Germany. He concluded by stating that he continues to pursue judicial remedies in Swiss and U.S. courts.
