Dr. Denis Rancourt, a physicist and former university professor, presented an analysis of all-cause mortality data across multiple countries, including the United States, Canada, India, Australia, and Israel. He explained his methodology for examining excess mortality trends by age group, jurisdiction, and time period, emphasizing the use of population-level mortality statistics as a bias-resistant measure. He stated that, based on his analysis, there was no evidence of a uniquely virulent respiratory pandemic causing excess mortality, and that mortality increases were instead temporally associated with government interventions and public health measures.
He described strong correlations between excess mortality and socioeconomic factors such as poverty and disability in the United States, and identified specific mortality peaks following the declaration of the pandemic in certain jurisdictions. He further discussed patterns observed during vaccination rollouts, asserting that mortality peaks in multiple countries coincided with vaccine administration phases. He presented calculations of what he termed a “vaccine-dose fatality rate,” which he stated increased with age and varied by country.
Dr. Rancourt concluded that both non-pharmaceutical interventions and vaccination campaigns contributed to excess mortality, with differing impacts across jurisdictions. He estimated national and global death totals associated with vaccination based on his modeling and emphasized that his conclusions were derived from statistical analysis of aggregate mortality data rather than cause-of-death classifications.
