Witness Testimony

Dr. Christopher Shoemaker, an Ontario physician with more than four decades of clinical experience, testified that COVID-19 mRNA vaccines are immunotoxic and fundamentally different from traditional vaccines. He asserted that each injection delivers tens of trillions of mRNA strands, along with DNA contamination, leading to widespread spike protein production in body tissues. He described a mechanism in which the immune system attacks spike-producing cells, contributing to myocarditis, organ inflammation, and autoimmune reactions. He further stated that lipid nanoparticle carriers distribute genetic material to reproductive organs and the brain, alleging animal toxicity and inadequate safety testing prior to rollout.
He testified that vaccination during pregnancy violated long-standing medical principles, citing post-marketing Pfizer data that he interpreted as showing high rates of fetal loss, along with additional hospital-based reports of elevated miscarriage and stillbirth rates. He also referenced a Cleveland Clinic staff study, asserting that higher numbers of vaccine doses correlated with increased COVID-19 infection rates, which he described as negative efficacy. He characterized the vaccines as failing to prevent transmission and as worsening immune outcomes.
Dr. Shoemaker further alleged that gain-of-function research and vaccine development involved U.S. military and international coordination, naming organizations such as EcoHealth Alliance, the World Health Organization, the World Economic Forum, and philanthropic foundations as part of what he termed an “unelected-person-control-entity.” He concluded by asserting that excess mortality and aggressive cancer progression are emerging consequences of vaccination and called on physicians worldwide to refuse further administration of the vaccines.
